Gary K. Cross, President & Chief Operations Officer
Gary is the President/CEO, CFO and Board member of Bulk Transportation, a Walnut, CA-based company involved in transportation of Bulk and liquid commodities. He is also a partner and General Manager of DTI Associates, LLC, a trucking company based in Compton. He has had 35years on-the-job training at Bulk and DTI, including Diesel Engine Mechanic, Professional Truck Driver, Dispatcher, Terminal Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer and Board Member, President/CEO and Trustee to the 401k and other trusts. He has also served on the Board of Directors of National Tank Truck Carriers in Washington, DC.

Andrew Woods, Government Affairs Director
Andrew is the Government Affairs Director for Bulk Transportation and its affiliated Companies. He has environmental, health, safety and security compliance responsibilities for all the Company's locations and areas of operation. Andrew has 33 years experience in the transportation and management of hazardous materials. Andrew is on the Executive Board of InfraGard, Sacramento Chapter and a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy. Andrew also serves on the Chemical Industry Council of California's Board of Directors. Andrew is currently the Chairperson of the Western Region Safety and Security Council for the National Tank Truck Carriers. He is also an adviser to the Coastal Region Hazardous Materials Response Organization.

Prior to joining Bulk Transportation Andrew was the U.S. Technical Services Manager for an international producer of chlorine, sodium hydroxide and related products. Responsibilities included auditing customers to ensure safe and responsible handling of the company's products. Other duties included resolving technical issues involving product usage and providing emergency response assistance.

Dwight A. Anderson, Vice President of Marketing and Logistics
Fifteen years as Western Regional Manager for Leaseway Transportation Bulk Group, which later became Bulk Materials Inc (BMI) through a leverage buy out. Mr. Anderson joined Bulk Transportation in 1995 as Vice President of Marketing and Logistics.

John Erwin, Vice President, Operations
Five years of logistics management for Chemtech Industries, a chemical manufacturer and distributor; thirteen years with Matlack, Inc. (NYSE), as VP, Western Region; four years with Arrow Transportation (NASDAQ), as VP-Marketing and as President. Mr. Erwin joined Bulk Transportation in 1997 as VP-Operations.

Susan Duffield, Corporate Secretary
Susan has been with Bulk Transportation in Walnut, CA since 1979 working part and full time. She moved from billing/filling clerk to receptionist in 1984, then to the accounting department in 1985. She went on to dispatch in 1994 and to Safety in 1997, where she presently is Safety Assistant.
